MOBILE CRYPTO - CHENNAI
We recently completed an exciting commercial project at Marina Mall, Chennai—an 84 sq. ft. kiosk designed for a mobile store. This vibrant and functional space was crafted to capture attention and provide a seamless shopping experience.To make the kiosk stand out, we chose a bold color palette of red and white. These vibrant hues not only attract attention but also create a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. Despite the limited space, our design emphasizes both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
Given the compact size of the kiosk, we focused on maximizing display and storage space without compromising on style. The use of a perforated sheet concept allowed us to creatively utilize the vertical space, providing ample room for product display while maintaining an open and airy feel. One of the key challenges of this project was the tight timeline. From initial design to final delivery, we completed the entire project within just 30 days. Our team’s dedication and streamlined workflow ensured that we met the deadline without sacrificing quality.
This project at Marina Mall is a testament to our ability to deliver high-quality, functional, and visually appealing commercial spaces within challenging timelines. We are proud of the vibrant and efficient kiosk we created, providing a standout retail experience in a small footprint.

HUNDREDS TEA HOUSE - RATNAGIRI
Recently completed Hundreds Tea House at Ratnagiri offers a serene, elegant break from the bustling highway. The colors and material palette creates a unique space that feels sophisticated yet grounded.
The color scheme mixes warm wood tones with cool concrete grays and deep blues, adds drama and character, creating an experience that feels both refined and connected to nature. The flooring is of cool gray tiles, subtly textured to add an earthy quality, which contrasts with the soft warmth of wooden furniture. Blue tiles are used sparingly on feature walls or as small accents, adding pops of color without overpowering the minimalistic design.
Hundreds tea house invites guests to unwind in cozy indoor corners or breezy outdoor seating while enjoying an open kitchen view. The simple design and comfortable ambiance create an ideal highway stop for those seeking a refreshing break.

A thoughtfully designed, quick-serve kiosk located within the hospital, catering to patients, visitors, and staff looking for a moment of refreshment. Emphasizing convenience and efficiency, the kiosk provides a straightforward, stylish space to enjoy tea and light snacks.
Designed with efficiency in mind, the compact kitchen space is streamlined for quick preparation, allowing easy access to all essential ingredients and equipment. A simple, functional countertop for serving provides a seamless interaction point for customers. The layout supports fast service while keeping the environment calm and organized.
The primary color palette combines calming blue fluted panels with warm wood finishes, which bring a touch of natural warmth to the hospital environment.
Black accents add sophistication and visual depth, balancing the kiosk’s light, airy tones with grounded elements for a minimalist design.

The new office space for a marketing company in chennai embodies a bold, raw aesthetic that aligns with an industrial and brutalist-inspired design. Using a monochromatic palette, the space combines the brand colors of black and white with wood accents, concrete finishes, and carefully curated details. Designed for functionality and style, the office features straightforward, purpose-driven spaces: workstations, private cabins, a conference room, and a podcast studio.
Warm white lighting is used throughout, balancing the starkness of the concrete and metal finishes to give a soft, welcoming glow that maintains the industrial style while creating a comfortable work environment.

Carefully selected indoor plants are positioned in key areas to soften the raw materials, adding vibrancy and a sense of calm to each space. Large potted plants bring character to corners, while smaller greenery adds a fresh touch to desks and common areas.

This meticulously designed 4BHK independent house is a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics, tailored to the needs of a doctor couple with a clear vision for their dream home. The layout balances openness with privacy, creating a serene and functional living environment.
The house welcomes you with a stunning double-height foyer, setting the tone for an airy and grand spatial experience. The ground floor features an open kitchen and dining area that seamlessly overlooks the swimming pool, offering a calm and refreshing ambiance. A guest bedroom on the ground floor ensures hospitality and comfort for visitors.
On the first floor, an exclusive library provides a quiet retreat, while the kids' bedroom and the master bedroom with a massive walk-in wardrobe and a sprawling balcony cater to the family's personal spaces. On the ground floor, the parents' bedroom offers convenience and privacy, while the open kitchen and dining area foster togetherness and interaction. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a traditional oonjal (swing) facing the central courtyard. The integrated kitchen and dining area provides an ideal space for family gatherings, while the pooja room offers a tranquil and sacred space with the staircase elegantly winding around it.
The first floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own private balcony, and a dedicated study room. The second floor boasts a home theatre and a gym, both overlooking a beautiful terrace garden, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.
A key feature of the house is the central courtyard, which is bathed in natural light through two skylights, providing a refreshing and airy atmosphere. The tunnel-like vent in the parapet enhances the stack effect, naturally cooling the house year-round, making it an energy-efficient design. The balconies overlooking the courtyard create a dynamic and interactive living environment, where each space feels connected and open.
